We ship from Canada. In some cases, select items may ship directly from our partner designers for special or made-to-order pieces.

Orders are typically processed within [2–5] business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Yes. Many items are handmade, small-batch, or limited edition. This means slight variations in colour, pattern placement, or finish may occur and are part of the garment’s uniqueness.

Each product page includes measurements in centimetres or inches. We recommend comparing these measurements with a similar garment you already own. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final-sale and custom items are not eligible for return.

Yes, exchanges may be available depending on stock. Please email us at mongwi.thessa@gmail.com before returning your item so we can confirm availability.

Items marked Final Sale, discounted items, and custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
